Can my order be shipped abroad?

We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

 

Items shipped outside of France may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or reimbursed by Maison Ravn.

What are the shipping types and delivery times?

FRANCE

- Colissimo: the delivery time is 2 business days to France and Monaco, 3-5 business days to Corse and 4 business days to Andorre (from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

 

 

OUTRE-MER

- Colissimo: the delivery time is 5 business days to Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion and French Guiana, 6 business days to St Martin and St Barthélémy and 7 business days to Mayotte, Saint Pierre et Miquelon and OM2 Zone (New Caledonia and its dependencies, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna Islands, French Southern and Antarctic Lands).

 

- Colission Eco: the delivery time is 11 business days to Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion and French Guiana, 12 business days to St Martin and St Barthélémy and 13 business days to Mayotte, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, 14 business days to OM2 Zone (New Caledonia and its dependencies, French Polynesia, French Southern and Antarctic Lands) and 15 business days to Wallis and Futuna.

 

 

EUROPE

- Colissimo: the delivery time is 3 business days and more to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

 

 

Due to the current situation with regard to Covid-19, the delivery time may be extended.

 

For orders outside France, taxes and customs fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

With a Colissimo delivery, the bag is delivered directly to the address mentioned. If you are not present at the time of the delivery, a non-delivery notice will be deposited in your mailbox. This notice indicates the date and time of the attempted delivery, as well as the post office where you can pick up the parcel. You should then go to the Post Office indicated with the non-delivery notice and an identity card to pick up the parcel. After a few days, the parcel will be returned to us.

What should I do if my product is damaged or if I don't receive the product I ordered?

Click & Collect

The Click & Collect service allows you to pick up your order for free in our Showroom located at 31 Avenue Georges Mandel - 75116 Paris - France, from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.

 

You may also have the opportunity to meet the creator and founder of the brand Claudia Ravnbo and her team.
